SELECT, its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation.

2. No Refunds

All payments are final.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, canceled attendance, personal reasons, or scheduling conflicts.

3. Code of Conduct

Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times.
SELECT instructors, staff, and the program owner reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or negatively impacts the learning environment.

4. Media Release

SELECT classes and workshops may be recorded or photographed for promotional and educational use.
Participation grants SELECT and its affiliates the right to use any image or footage for marketing, social media, and related content.
