Terms & Conditions for SELECT Classes and Workshops

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I understand that participating in dance classes or workshops involves physical activity and carries some risk of injury. By joining a SELECT class or workshop, I voluntarily accept these risks. I agree that SELECT, its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from my participation.

2. No Refunds
All payments for SELECT classes and workshops are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or canceled attendance due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances.

3. Code of Conduct
I agree to behave respectfully and appropriately during all SELECT classes and workshops. SELECT instructors, staff, and the program owner (Yuki Shundo) reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or negatively impacts the learning environment.

4. Media Release
I understand that SELECT classes or workshops may be recorded for promotional or educational purposes. By participating, I give permission for SELECT and its affiliates to use photos or video footage of me for marketing and social media content.
